5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. Pet Requirements and Safety

6.1 Health Requirements

• Current vaccination records required
• Pets must be free from contagious diseases
• Flea and tick prevention required
• Aggressive pets may be refused service

6.2 Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, Paw Boutique is not liable for injuries or illnesses that occur despite our best efforts. We recommend pet insurance coverage.

Users agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Attempt to bypass security measures
